Ancient history shows that Black Agate is closely related to the root chakra due to its immense power to aid you in grounding, protection, and bringing the self to center. Scientifically these stones that come mostly black and grey are more closely identified as black chalcedony while those with white banding and layers are identified chemically as more of an onyx. (For my scientific gals out there 😘). If we get further into these beauties they can assist with releasing deep rooted anger, sorrow, feelings of abandonment, and negative energy. These will help to bring soothing balance, focus, and good decision making habits. Cleans the auric field and helps the Root Chakra tremendously with healing the broken pieces left by traumas such as heart breaks, inner child traumas, security issues, safety issues that were a result of others mistreatment of you.
