All orders go out next day and can be expected between 4-5 business days barring no postal delays due to weather, etc.

We strive to ensure all items are properly secured using adequate packaging and bio-degradable packing peanuts. Most all items will be cased in bubble wrap with a easy to pull tape tab! Our bubble wrap is all reused material to conserve on waste. You will also receive self-care goodies and more with your purchase!

Absolutely! Most of our items are extremely unique and you will receive the specific item you choose unless otherwise stated. Sometimes we will run an intuitive pick item but it is clearly stated.

We value transparency and highly dislike up-charging products to cover the cost of shipping. This often leads to a mismatch in pricing where you pay more just to get "free-shipping". In today's world it is commonly misconstrued that shipping is free. The cost of shipping continues to climb throughout all postal agencies and we do our very best to keep shipping as low as possible. Plus if your total reaching $100, we will cover shipping costs for you!

We currently do not purchase from outside of our lapidary and mining networks.
