This is growing more and more true every day.
If we come from an internal place of division, we will only continue to be divided. If we only look through one lense, we only see one view. It’s okay to disagree but it never has to go so deep that we are cutting people for their beliefs, cutting them out of our lives, and building these walls of fear. Fear to speak your truth, fear of what others think, and fear of stepping outside your comfort zone. This isn’t healthy guys. It creates labels, damnation, cancel culture, and breeds hatred. I don’t care how deep rooted you are in a belief, in a viewpoint, or side you’ve taken. I challenge everyone to take one subject you are most passionate about and research, view, think, and learn about the other sides, about the opposing arguments, about the opposite views and see what you may find. Lift the veil to your own limits. Most importantly, care about yourself and each other. 💖
